The rental period is calculated from the delivery / pick-up date to the return date, as confirmed in the order.

3. Do you provide technical support?

Technical support can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Is security deposit required?

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals, depending on the equipment.

5. When will the deposit be refunded?

Deposits will be refunded within 5-10 business days after inspection.

6. What happens if equipment is damaged?

Customers are responsible for repair or replacement costs depending on the extent of damage.
