1. Placing an Order

Choose your desired rental duration.

Complete the order by entering your shipping details and payment information.

A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.

2. Receiving the Product

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the shipping address you provided.

Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by us, ensuring a smooth experience for you.

Before shipping, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.

4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check

Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.

If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.

If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.

5. Late Returns

If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.

The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.

If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

STROBE 5 IP is a multifunctional strobe light that integrates strobe, beam, and wash effects into one fixture. It features independent control of both color and white light sections.

The color section uses 960 × 3W RGBW LEDs, divided into 30 individually controllable zones, with each zone containing 32 RGBW LEDs.
The white light section uses 30 × 10W CW LEDs, each of which can be controlled individually.

The color section offers excellent color mixing, capable of producing white light with a color rendering index (CRI) of up to 90. It also delivers powerful strobe effects and, with its independent frost (diffusion) system, can produce soft lighting output.

The white light section has a narrow beam angle of 3.5°, allowing precise pixel control and producing high-intensity beams through high-performance LEDs, enabling a wide range of dynamic lighting effects.

It includes built-in interlocking connectors for quick alignment and seamless fixture connection. With its strong beam output, intense strobe effects, and wide color coverage, it is highly suitable for concerts, variety shows, and other outdoor events.
