1. Placing an Order

Select the product you wish to rent on our website.

Choose your desired rental duration.

Complete the order by entering your shipping details and payment information.

A deposit amount will be charged at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the product, provided it is not damaged or lost.

2. Receiving the Product

Once your order is confirmed, we will process and ship the product to the shipping address you provided.

Delivery and collection of the rental product will be handled by us, ensuring a smooth experience for you.

Before shipping, all products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in good condition.

4. Deposit Refund and Condition Check

Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection.

If the product is returned undamaged and without any parts missing, the full deposit amount will be refunded to you.

If the product is damaged or lost, we will retain a portion of the deposit to cover repair or replacement costs, based on the extent of the damage or the value of the lost item.

5. Late Returns

If the product is returned after the rental period has ended, a late fee will be deducted from your deposit.

The late fee will be calculated based on the additional duration the product was held beyond the rental period.

If the return is excessively delayed, further action may be taken, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to KXL Crossover Sdn Bhd

"Customer" refers to any individual or entity renting equipment.

"Equipment" refers to all rental items and accessories.

2. Rental Basis

All equipment remains the property of the Company. Customers are granted usage rights only during the rental period.

3. User Responsibility

Customers must:

Operate equipment in a professional and proper manner
Not sublease or transfer to third parties
Not use equipment for unlawful purposes

4. Deposit & Fees

A security deposit is required. The Company reserves the right to deduct costs for damages or loss.

5. Damage & Loss

Customers are liable for:

Minor damage: repair costs
Major damage: replacement costs
Loss/theft: full replacement value

6. Late Return

Late returns will incur additional charges. Extended delays may result in full replacement charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before dispatch: refundable
Last-minute cancellation: charges may apply
Booked schedules may be non-refundable

8. Rental Duration

All rentals are based on a standard period of 7 days unless otherwise specified.

9. Extension Request & Charges

If additional rental days are required, an extension of 3 or 7 days will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original rental price.

10. Delivery & Logistics

Logistics arrangements will be agreed upon. Transportation risk may be borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of equipment.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
